1. Health and Nutritional Information

  • Macro&Micro strives to provide balanced, nutritious meals with accurate macronutrient and calorie information. However, slight variations may occur due to ingredient changes, supplier differences, and preparation methods. We do not warrant the absolute accuracy, completeness, or reliability of this nutritional information.
  • Our meals are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individuals with medical conditions or dietary restrictions should consult their healthcare provider before consuming our meals, as certain ingredients may affect health conditions.

2. Allergens and Cross-Contamination

  • While we take reasonable precautions to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free facilities. Common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, and shellfish may be present in our kitchen. Macro&Micro is not responsible for any allergic reactions resulting from meal consumption.
  • Customers are solely responsible for reading meal descriptions, labels, and packaging information. If you have a known allergy, you must inform us prior to purchase. Macro&Micro reserves the right to decline requests for custom meals or modifications due to the risk of cross-contamination or other food safety considerations.

3. Food Safety and Storage

  • Our meals are prepared fresh and delivered promptly. Upon receipt, customers are responsible for proper storage in a refrigerator or freezer as instructed. Macro&Micro is not liable for health issues arising from improper storage, handling, or reheating after delivery.
  • We recommend consuming meals in the given time frame for freezing or refrigeration. Meals consumed after this timeframe are at the customer's risk, and Macro&Micro accepts no liability for adverse effects.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Macro&Micro strives to deliver meals within estimated timeframes but does not guarantee delivery times. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In case of delay, customers are responsible for inspecting meals and determining their fitness for consumption.
  • If meals are delivered to a specified location without customer presence, Macro&Micro is not responsible for any spoilage or contamination due to exposure.

5. Refunds and Replacements

  • Due to the nature of our meal prep service, we are unable to accept refunds. Once orders are prepared, packaged, and delivered, they cannot be restocked or resold for health and safety reasons. We take great care to ensure the quality, accuracy, and freshness of every order. 7. Waiver of Indemnity

  • By purchasing meals from Macro&Micro, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from all claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arising from your use of our products and services. This includes any harm or loss related to health, food safety, or delivery issues.

8. Agreement and Acknowledgment

  • By purchasing and consuming meals from Macro&Micro, you acknowledge and accept this disclaimer in its entirety. Your continued use of our products indicates your understanding of the risks involved and your agreement to release Macro&Micro from liability.
